Michael is a highly experienced professional who is passionate about ensuring that product design, build and go-to-market approaches work seamlessly across product lines and solution offerings.

He has previously worked with Fortune 50 corporations in a number of digital transformation engagements as a Customer Service Practice Leader and Lead Solutions Architect at Genpact. Michael has also led various customer support operations for Banking and Financial Services clients at JPMorgan Chase, Sutherland Global, and his own boutique consulting practice.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Michael is a travel enthusiast who started traveling solo at age 15 and has logged roughly 1 million travel miles. He enjoys long drives and motorcycle rides with his Shiba Inu named Toshiro. Michael is obsessed with the customer experience and strives to provide the best possible service to his clients.
